We’re on the hunt for our next Painted Social Media Manager.

This isn’t your typical corporate social role where you have to get every single audio cleared by the legal department that takes 6 weeks to even respond, and by the time they do, the trend is already dead.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes doomscrolling their FYP, someone who understands what content actually works online, someone who knows how to create that content, and isn’t afraid to have a bit of fun while doing it.

You’ll be responsible for managing our community (yes, replying to comments and keeping the vibes high), creating fun and engaging content, and helping shape the identity of Painted across TikTok and Instagram.

A strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram is absolutely essential. You should not only be able to recognize trends before they blow up, but also be creative enough to figure out how Painted can put our own spin on the trend. You’ll also need to be comfortable & confident being on camera from time to time. Painted isn’t a faceless brand, and we love showing personality.

Previous experience in a similar role would be amazing, but it’s not essential. What matters most is that you have a great portfolio of content, whether it’s your own personal page, or a brand you’ve helped grow.

This is a big role. You’ll be leading our entire TikTok Shop program and managing everything that comes with it. From overseeing our live hosts and affiliate strategy to paid advertising, performance, and day-to-day operations — You’ll be the person making sure all the moving parts on the Painted TikTok Shop’s back end are working together to keep growing.

Previous experience running or managing a TikTok Shop is REQUIRED. We’re looking for someone who’s already done this and knows how it all works. You should know what drives sales, how to build momentum for a product or brand, and how to turn strategy into actual results.

This role is all about growth. We’re looking for someone who understands the TikTok Shop affiliate network inside & out, and also understands how to build real authentic relationships with creators who can actually sell product, not ones that just spam post slop content with a product tagged hoping to earn a quick dollar.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting up and coming creators, managing affiliates, building strong relationships with them, and growing our TikTok Shop affiliate program in a way that feels authentic to the Painted brand. This isn’t a set-and-forget role. You’ll be extremely hands-on, proactive, and constantly looking for opportunities to scale what’s working, and strategizing around what isn’t.

You should know how to spot the right creators, understand what makes an affiliate partnership successful, and be confident communicating with talent day to day. Strong organization is a must, but so is personality. We move fast, and we need people who can keep up.

Experience managing affiliates for TikTok Shop is essential. We have a strong preference for someone who has already done this within another brand or agency and understands what it takes to build and scale a high-performing affiliate program from the inside.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Design to help bring the Painted brand to life across everything we do. From socials and website graphics to email campaigns and day-to-day creative support, you’ll be helping create designs that feel fresh, fun, and on-brand.

We’re looking for someone who’s a wizard in Canva and confident across the Adobe Suite. You should LOVE creative design, have a strong eye for detail, and know how to create graphics that stop people mid-scroll.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s excited to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-moving creative team. You don’t need to know everything yet, but you do need strong fundamentals, good taste, and a willingness to take feedback and run with it.

Experience with packaging design is a big plus, but it’s not a requirement.
