Can I cancel/change my order?

We begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or faulty product within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • The refund will be processed back onto the original payment method.
  • The original shipping cost is NOT refundable
  • Any associated return shipping fees will be covered by the customer
  • The return process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Credit card refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
